At 19:15 the north and west cardinal buoys at FROGS ISLAND were in transit. A compass bearing of them was 039°. At the same time the range to the west cardinal buoy was 1.5 miles. Find:

  1. The compass error. 7°E
  2. The vessel's position at 19:15. 32°52.1'N 034°57.1'E
